With its high-level infrastructure, experienced teams and high-performance equipment, Artois Plastiques has the skills and qualities required to meet your machining, mechanical welding and semi-finished plastic product needs.
Production tools
Our modern, regularly updated machinery enables us to meet your needs with precision and efficiency. It is divided into three sectors:
- Cutting area: equipped with panel saws, planers, routers and other equipment for initial cutting of materials.
- Milling sector: fully digitised with 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres, capable of processing large parts (up to 2,500 x 800 x 800 mm).
- Turning sector: equipped with digital turning centres, with integrated milling axes, as well as traditional lathes for specific applications.
Buildings
Our premises, with a total surface area of 3,000 m2, are divided between two buildings dedicated to production and technical services.
- The first building, which is fully air-conditioned, houses our plastic machining workshop, an inspection laboratory to guarantee the quality of the parts produced, and the technical and design offices for designing your projects.
- The second building is dedicated to mechanical welding, plastic sheet metal work and the cutting of semi-finished products, as well as administrative and commercial offices for
customer service.
Design office
Our design office, equipped with the latest CAD/CAM software (TopSolid/CAM), is capable of managing complex projects, from design to the production of technical drawings. We can handle any type of 2D or 3D file to ensure a precise design tailored to your needs, and we offer full technical assistance for the development of mechanical systems and prototypes.
Human
With a team of 20 people, including qualified technicians, engineers and administrative staff, Artois Plastiques relies on experienced and regularly trained personnel. The loyalty of our team and our commitment to in-house training guarantee a high level of competence, directly linked to the specific needs of our customers.
