What is Plastic Boilermaking?

Plastic sheet metal work is a manufacturing process that involves working with plastics using techniques similar to those used in metal sheet metal work. This includes shaping, welding and assembling plastics to create customised structures or containers. The plastics used can vary, including materials such as polypropylene (PP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Manufacturing Process

Cutting and shaping :Plastic sheets are cut and shaped according to project specifications. This stage can include cutting, drilling and milling to obtain the desired dimensions and shapes.
Plastic welding :The cut parts are then assembled by plastic welding. We use heat, extrusion and laser beam welding techniques to ensure solid, watertight joints.
Assembly and Finishing :After welding, the parts are assembled and finished according to the customer’s requirements. This may include polishing edges, adding reinforcements, or carrying out specific surface treatments.
