Technical Design

Needs Analysis: We start by analysing your specific needs and requirements, taking into account the technical, economic and functional constraints of your project.
3D Modelling :We use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 3D models of your parts or structures. This enables us to visualise the project, identify any problems and validate the choices made before manufacturing.

Material recommendations

Choice of Materials : Based on your specifications, we will advise you on the most appropriate materials for your project. We consider criteria such as mechanical strength, temperature, food contact, contact with chemicals, durability, and the specific properties of the plastic or metal required.
Properties Analysis: We carry out an in-depth analysis of the properties of the materials available, including plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polycarbonate, as well as metal alloys such as stainless steel and aluminium.

Prototype development

Prototype production : We develop prototypes to test and validate concepts before mass production. Prototypes are used to check the functionality, quality and fit of parts.
